Meditation practice is an art, the art of learning new ways of approaching our difficulties: of bringing joy and wisdom alive in our life.

A regular meditation practice is transformative. It is a practice based on our own experiences. We learn to use the tools of meditation to awaken the best of our human capacities.



Please join us for a Day Long Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

When – June 4th – 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Place – Blue Heron studio

Cost – $45.00 – ($30.00 students and retired)

Facilitator – Gail Horner

Gail has had a meditation practice for over twenty years. During the past eight years she has undertaken four years of formal training and has attended several weekend and week long retreats. She currently leads a Meditation group in Uxbridge that meets twice monthly.
