A new year is the perfect time to reflect on the previous 12 months and set goals for your new chapter but, let's be honest, resolutions can be a difficult promise to keep!
This year we invite you to set aside that extra time for yourself and make a resolution that works out the most important muscle in your body. Treat your brain to a little stimulation and treat your hindside to a little sitting. We encourage you to cuddle up with a good book and we hope you'll motivate others to do the same.
